Academic collaboration

Teaching, speaking & academic collaboration

Thirty years leading landmark hospitality and real-estate projects — brought into the lecture hall by a practitioner, not from a textbook.

01Why me

A practitioner in the room, not a manual

Business schools are full of theory. My value is the opposite: three decades directing real megaprojects, from feasibility to operation.

I have led high-value hospitality and real-estate projects across 7+ countries under Client, Consultant and Main Contractor perspectives — from ultra-luxury resorts in the Middle East to mixed-use landmarks in Europe.

That means students and members hear real owner-side project cases, cost and risk control, and international contracts (FIDIC) — the decisions and the numbers behind them, not a slide deck of definitions.

Experience30 years, feasibility to closure, from site superintendent to Chief Development Officer.
ScaleUltra-luxury hospitality (Diriyah, Katara) and mixed-use megaprojects up to USD 790M.
CredentialsPMP and PRINCE2 certified. FIDIC specialist. Author of 12 books. Bilingual EN/ES.
